Nice stretch dedicated to runners and cyclists with minimal interaction with traffic. It is especially nice to ride early weekend mornings. If you must travel through Southside St Pete, make sure you have a riding buddy.
What makes this location so nice:
-A park with covered picnic areas,
-Lots of parking spaces,
-The trail is right there
There is enough bike and foot traffic to keep it safe and fun!

I have used the Pinellas Trail since moving to Florida in 2009. It is fascinating and allows you to walk or ride your bike and stop at various establishments along the way. Love it. It goes on forever - just like Florida!
