I'm giving this a very good rating because I am evaluating it on a small town, low budget museum - not comparing it to museums in metro cities. It was very informative and I was happy to learn the history of the town and of...More

This little known park marks the place where the first Florida State Constitution was signed. Here you will find a small but interesting and interactive museum that the children and I appreciated - as well as a stone monument with a gorgeous view of the...More

We visited the museum with an interest in learning about the town of St. Joseph's that existed only for a few years in the early 1800's. The Florida constitution is covered here also. Very interesting with the limited amount of actual artifacts of the town.

Wonderful trees in this historical park. Nice to see if you like history. The monument marks the spot where the first state convention was held and is a beautiful reminder of the past.

We were only here for a short time, but the park was beautiful. It is a great place to get out and stretch your legs. It's very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The park is very well kept, would like to come back when...More

Got a real feel for the Real Florida at this museum. Free to State Park pass people, $2 for others. Read about the Boom and the terrible Bust that happened in just 4 years. Tour guide was great. Artifacts were good, too. We're 62,66,82 and...More

Once again, we were impressed by another of Florida's historical sites and parks. The artifacts and exhibits educated us about Florida's history up to and after creation of their state constitution. The forest ranger was friendly and knowledgeable, and shared stories about Florida that add...More
