I wish there was an option of NO stars because Pristine Properties would receive that from me. We rented a beach vacation home from them the week of July 9-16, 2017 and although the place was ok, Pristine's customer service was some of the WORST...More

Beautiful beach but narrow. Have people walking right next to you just to get on down the beach. But the sand was white the water was very beautiful.

We took it all in... swam in it all.. hiked, fished, and boated. We love this place and we are already thinking we will return next year!

We had a wonderful vacation. There was something for everyone in our group of 18. We vacationed with 3 generations of family. We all had a great time.

We usually take our kids to Mexico Beach because it's closer to our house but we decided to try the beaches here and I'm so glad we did! The water is much clearer and the view more beautiful. It's a great place for a sunset...More

So peaceful. Beautiful white sandy beaches. We didn't go in the state park (though beaches are beautiful there also), but stopped right outside at a public beach access. Would have loved to stay all day!

I'm answering all questions the same. Don't come down if you want to spend beach time. There is no beach. Tropical Storm Cindy finished wiping out an already badly eroded beach. Up and down the gulf coast side of the cape... More

Not sure. The yellow flies are here now and are a huge nuisance, not to mention painful! They will be here for a couple months. There are frequently some biting flies on the beaches at sunset and sunrise, but not usually a... More

St Joe Shrimp Company in Simmons Bayou on 30A, just before Presnell's, sells shrimp steamed or anyway you like - head on, head off, steamed, raw, etc. They also have a lot of fresh fish and other fresh seafood as well.
