I've never seen so much wildlife. We encountered rabbits, turtles, and tons of different bird species. The Osprey were phenomenal!

My friend and I recently took a stroll through the savannas, more specifically hawks bluff. I must say, it is quite the hidden gem. 10/10 would recommend.

I came here three times during late December to go birding and hiking. Never did see a Florida Scrub-Jay here (probably not enough oak scrub where I was at) but saw plenty of other birds: Bald Eagle, Short-Tailed Hawk, American Kestrel, Merlin, Loggerhead Shrike, Osprey, Wood Stork, White Ibis, Glossy Ibis, Sandhill Crane. I hiked on about 10 miles of... More

We went on a nice midweek day with cooler than usual temperatures and we had a great time hiking and biking. We went somewhere between 6 and 7 miles between white, yellow and red trails. The paths were very wide and we enjoyed the nice boardwalk type bridges on the yellow trail. since it was the middle of the week,... More

This area is not visited by many people but is an excellent example of what happens when people the no ahead. Well thought out and with specimum. Trees is a delightful place to view all sorts of shore birds and some local small animals and reptiles of the area. A nice thing is as seasons change so do the birds.

The park is good for their kayak tours but not good for hiking or anything else. Avoid after heavy rains as the water rises too much and the dirt road is barely passable.

Went on the kayak tour, my 2nd time, my wife's first. Jay and Deb that host the tour are great to go out on the water with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of the preserve. Very peaceful here and a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of PSL. We will definitely be going back out on the water.... More

This was an easy drive to Walton Road in St. Lucie. It has many trails for hiking and fun to kayak around. You'll see all kinds of wildlife native to Florida.

This park is peaceful and it's nice to hike or kayak but unfortunately the day we were here trails were closed because underwater. We paid 3 $ fee for nothing.
