A must see for any type of history buff. More war memorabilia than imaginable in a small area. Volunteers very helpful and dedicated.

Staff are readily available to answer any questions and to offer explanations or stories or just to reminisce with visitors. Lots of war artifacts.

A great place to visit to see the history of our veterans. As you enter you drop back in time as you see Civil War uniforms,as you move thru the exhibit you will see various Military uniforms, weapons, ships, and airplanes(models). Most of this has been donated by different collectors over the years. Donations are appreciated and you will be happy to give!

If you are a history buff or like old military items, this is a great place, its small, but man is there a lot of stuff, and you could be there for hours, worth the trip, I think its free, but they take donations.

I didn't speak to the people who work there(all volunteers) but I think a lot... More

The Military Heritage Museum was a new experience for Lynn and me. The memorabilia here covers everything from the Civil War through World War II and the Vietnam War. It is a fascinating museum and it is free, but donations are genuinely appreciated. We stumbled onto this excellent tribute to our history. You should stop in while shopping and dining... More
