The cathedral in St. Augustine should be visited by everyone regardless of their religion. It is reminiscent of cathedrals and churches in small cities in Europe. One gets a great sense of peace and a desire to contemplate past, present, and future when venturing inside....More

I wanted to take pictures, but as this is an active parish and a holy site, I did not. This church is lovely. It is large, but the name Cathedral should be taken as a token of respect rather than a description of European style...More

We visited the cathedral around 11.00am in the morning. We more or less had the church to ourselves. It is a Catholic Church with a Spanish theme. It is very beautiful and tranquil. I would definitely recommend taking a look. Hope this is helpful.

Pat G. No, you do not need a ticket. A collection will be taken up at the Offertory, but it is absolutely voluntary. In short, it would not cost you a penny, unless you want to donate.

I'm sorry we only visit in the summer. It's a fully functional church so I would say yes. You can always google their name.
