First, IT IS FREE! The tour was very informative. There wasn't a ton to see but the wealth of information we learned was astounding. A lot of organization and 'know how' in fields you wouldn't really think of go into making a successful ranch that is balanced with nature. Those who work with nature would appreciate the tour. For those... More

This ranch is one of the largest single pieces of property in the state with miles and miles of undeveloped land. It has a free visitors' center and even a free bus tour of a portion of the ranch. If you want to see alligators you'll likely see some on the bus tour as well as other wildlife. You will... More

Wonderful tour of the ranch. Tour guides are very well informed and can answer detailed questions about the ranch and the cow/calf operation. You start your tour at the main ranch house and go from there. They will stop anywhere in the tour for photos. The cows come towards the tour bus because the truck the brings them treats is... More

the sisters are very nice, and the tour in a little bus on a bumpy road was ok. It wasn't much to see only a few cows and a couple of gators. The cracker house is very nice, but in my opinion not worth a visit unless there's a special event like the rodeo.

Started in the '50s when I was a kid locally and expanded over the years to it's present size take SR 532, Nova Road, off of SR 520 west of Cocoa and Deer Park Road to view the vast cattle country. Stop off in some of the... More

Who would have known? This ranch has more cattle than any other cattle ranch in the country. King Ranch in Texas has more land but less cattle. The visitors center is where you start your education. The history of the ranch and the current status of the ranch are all explained before you get on the bus. The tour includes... More

Our group spent about 30 minutes in the visitor center, an original restored historic home with the most amazing wrap around porch learning about the history of Deseret Ranch along with a short video. Afterwards we hopped on a comfortable air-conditioned bus and took a tour of the property. Just amazing and we learned so much about this fantastic central... More
