This is one of our favorite places in Florida! Miles of secluded beaches. Great for kayaking in a setting of pure nature. The fishing is great at the east end. One of the few places you can truly be alone on a beach in Florida.

A beautiful park at the end of the island. We stayed in the RV camp area and even without the full hookup it was one of the nicest we have stayed at.

Quiet, not overly populated. $6 entry fee to the park, two areas with picnic pavilions and rest rooms. If you have your bikes, you may ride a trail to the eastern point of St George Island. Camping available. Shells o'plenty on the eastern beaches.

We went to the beach access across from the campground access road and walked as far to the tip of the island as we could walk since the tip of the island did have as much foot traffic.
