We went on a rainy Monday, only to find out they were closed. There was a sign on the door. However, no mention of it on the website. We saw parent after parent walk away upset that they had gone all the way down to this location, only to see it closed.

I took my 1 yr old grandson today for the first time. He would have spent the whole day there if he could have. He love the area for the little ones, the balls, sand with shovels and rakes, milking the cow and all the other things to do. I thought for $10 it was a great deal. We didn't... More

Only went into the store which was small and didn't have a lot. From what I saw it looked like it was a fun place to take the kids.

We have enjoyed this place for our grandchildren so much that we have purchased yearly passes so we can take them frequently and when some of the grandchild visit us in St. Pete. They have so many interesting, hands-on exhibits that the kids enjoy. They love it all. A wonderful place to go any day but especially on a rainy... More

My 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son had a blast here!!! We stayed 3 hours and literally had to drag our son out because he needed a nap. They would have easily stayed 4 or 5 hours playing. There is so much to do. The museum is not large so at first you may feel underwhelmed when... More

During a recent visit we took our 3 year old boy and 6 year old daughter. They had a blast with all of the different activities! There were so many things from a grocery store, fire station, tree playhouse and so much more! The kids could go from one thing to the next. Not too busy but we went on... More

Wow, this was awesome. My kid loved it, and couldn't decide on an attraction to stay at! I got dragged into the dark touch tunnel, and it was a lot of fun. I can see why kids love it. If I had something like this as a child I would have been in heaven!!

Our 2 year old loves Great Explorations. It is a perfect place for these hot & rainy days. From the fire engine, sand area, pizza station, grocery store, etc it will keep your child/children entertained, while learning in a safe environment. We have enjoyed our membership & reciprocity with other museums.
