I've been an O's fan since 1966 and, now that I am living in Florida, finally got the chance to see a spring training game at Ed Smith stadium. What a great little ballpark...so different from the regular parks. Seating is up close and personal...More

The stadium, which was remodeled a few years ago, is a delightful place to spend a late winter/early spring afternoon or evening. By late March, covered seating is advisable form afternoon games. Come early and get a good lunch in the deli-restaurant. Plenty of concessions...More

Actually, that's a misnomer, as the spring training season is very short - limited to March. And prices are not much better here than in Baltimore. But if you're starved for baseball, here you are.

We always attend at least one spring training game at Ed Smith Stadium(Baltimore Orioles spring trading home)each year. Great venue for baseball. Crab cakes and a good selection of craft beers!

But this isn't quite old any longer. It was completely redone for the Baltimore Orioles and is a very great venue to see a baseball game. Fun for watching your favorite teams in Spring Training, with lots of foul balls to collect. So get some...More

I've only been to one game, but here are a few tips: Buy your ticket at the box office and ask for a seat in the shade. You will not be happy looking at the sun to the south of the stadium; get seats that...More

This is a must see for the spring training baseball fan! We enjoyed a Tampa-Baltimore game and loved the atmosphere. You can go down and watch the bullpen warm ups and the sight lines are excellent .

We always arrived at least an hour before the game. This allowed for decent parking, eating and looking at the souvenir shop. Good luck!
