Even though it is a very small museum, one could easily spend 3 to 4 hrs there. Mel Fisher's success story is inspiring. The treasures are totally awesome and the movie about his life is worth watching. The gift store is filled with unique and...More

This is a good Museum with lots of wonderful artifacts from the 18th century Maritime era. Each display is well documented and presented. The intro movie could use some updating as well as the $ value of some of the artifacts. I would slow 1...More

As grandparents we brought our middle school age 3 grandsons to the museum for something to do inside. We were all amazed at the life stories of The Fisher Family, the inventions of modern times, the treasures that are housed here, and the artifacts from...More

Admission is real cheap for a really great little Muesum. A person can handle an actual good ingot from a Spanish treasure fleet and buy jewelry made from the stuff brought up from shipwrecks.

I admit it -- the whole idea of finding lost treasure from a Spanish galleon blows my skirt up. Dreamers with metal detectors or just beachcombers around Sebastian Inlet often make that a reality with finds of gold and silver coins, artifacts and jewelry from...More
