Perfect place for families with young children ... but don’t expect to “swim” or cool down in refreshing waters. Always see dolphins. The “food shack” is actually WORTH the visit!!

A small beach park that is in a beautiful place. It was quite cold the day we visited so no swimming but there were still a lot of people in swimming costumes, sunbathing on the beach. There is a cafe and restrooms to use and...More

Long drive out to it and very busy the day we were there. Did get a parking place. You can wade out a long way into the gulf and only be up to your knees.

Gorgeous place to watch the sunset. Easy controlled parking. The restaurant there has awesome mahi mahi sandwiches. Very clean beach and the kids can go pretty far out and still be safe in the water.

Found this park off the beaten track quite by accident.Has a small concession stand, plenty of parking, benches and tables to sit at. The water was really warm and very shallow. Great to wade in, but not sure I’d swim here though a few were!

The beach is small. There is a fee for parking. Some food vendors on site. There is a huge park for kids to play. Beautiful sunsets.

scenic drive out to Pine Island; the park has parking fees, a playground, a concession stand and a nice small sand beach area; most of the coast along this stretch of Florida is marshland instead of sand beaches so this is a popular park.
