This was definitely better venue than last year at the fairgrounds. It just need more eateries inside the venue. The parking garage was convenient and cheap ($9.50 all day).

A well maintained building with clean restrooms and spacious rooms suitable for big conferences. The view is stunning and you never get to run out of coffee as it has its own cafe and it is near a starbucks .

This is the most gorgeous convention center I have ever visited. We were there for my daughter's white coat ceremony hosted by the USF medical school. The mayor of Tampa spoke and everything was perfect. The room was spacious, and photo ops afterwards spectacular! Kudos...More

The convention center is a nice location for meetings. Clean rooms and easy to access restrooms. Lots of good meeting spaces in the lobby with many hotels nearby. If you don't come straight in from Tampa Street, it is very easy to miss the entrance...More

This convention center is mid-sized, and has quite a few different rooms available. They run a lot of events throughout the year. I like the fact that it is on the water, and fairly easily accessible.

Parking was affordable and located close by with easy in and out into the garage. Everything was clean and nice. I wish there were more food options right outside the center, unless I missed them? Specifically in regards to the kids expo, it wasn't exactly...More

Pretty much like any other convention center. Parking is easy (and cheap) and is 3 stories. Not the biggest one you'll ever see but its open and full of different convention rooms. Great for moderate sized conventions.

Great facility only issues we have had is one set of elevators and meetings we went to were on the other side of the building. Also the escalators were nice. Fast food service if you're spending the day there and prices are about normal for...More

I was here for a convention, and if you have to be too, bring your own snacks and food, especially if you are a vegetarian. They served plenty of food, but it was fairly redundant - lots of rice and lots of baby carrots. Same...More

My husband spent 7 days reading Advanced Placement papers and said the best part of the convention center was the woman at the entrance who welcomed him every day.

The cafe in the Convention Center really isn't that great. There is a Starbucks across the street in the Embassy Suites. The previous suggestion of Columbia since you'll have your car is the better option. Fast food? No... More

Depending on the time of day, it's about 30 minutes. At rush hour it could easily take an hour.
