When reserving we requested a handicapped room, first floor, with a recliner. On arrival we got a second floor room, non-handicapped, no recliner. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction we got a first floor non-handicapped room, no recliner. The bathroom is totally unsafe even for normal people....More

Checked out a Recreation Guide put out by Florida regarding areas to visit. Morris Bridge was close to where we were staying and from description a nice place to spend time and enjoy Florida's natural state. Guide said admission fee was charged, but no where...More

Great place to take the bikes or just go for a walk. The river is quite close and lots of wild life to look for. TAKE THE CAMERA!!! Better when the weather is cooler. Don't go after a big rain.

We went for the trail! Nice and scenic bike ride with water stop, restrooms and air for the tires. A lot of wild life to be seen.

You'll never be out of ear shot of traffic, but this is as close as you can get to being away from it all this close to town. Be alert for trail bikers if you're hiking. You'll see plenty of signs of wild pig infestation....More

This is a spot you may miss if you don't know where it is since it isn't very well marked. We have lived in Tampa for years and enjoy strolls along the river here. You can stay on boardwalk on one side of the street...More
