Nice place to watch the sunset for free. Not good for swimming; beach has mucky sand and lots of seaweed. I'd rather pay to park at Howard Park.

We visited the beach on a Sunday, there were no crowds, lots of space, the waters are calm and beautiful.

Perfect spot to catch the sunset. Mostly locals. Not your typical beach but it will do the trick. Loads of crabs to catch to entertain the kids.

Yes, it's a beautiful smaller beach that usually doesn't get used a lot. The parking is free and very close to the sand.
