TONS of sharks teeth in Venice, FL, however, Caspersen was our favorite. Family friendly, restrooms, showers, clean, snorkeling ability, and of course shells and sharks teeth galore. Easy to get to, park right across from the walkway and enjoy the gulf! I recommend visiting Venice,...More

Don't come here for the snack bar or the gift shops. It is just an unspoiled beach that we love. Crowded at high season.

Caspersen beach is like a lot of men these days, it has a receding 'hair line'. Of all the beaches it just doesn't want to stay in place. It is now just a small strip of sand with rock jetties trying to hold its vanishing...More

Slightly less crowded than some beaches. Not as deep and easier to navigate with beach gear. in some parking areas the boardwalk to the beach is covered and a great walk thru the mangroves. Browhard doggie beach is close so there are often dogs to...More
