An incredibly enlightening, educational and endearing experience. To recieve the full experience it is exactly what I would have expected. They have to feed and care for elephants by gally. These are large mammals and their trainer has to have control. I love my painting....More

Communication was a challenge to make an appointment. All of the appointments seem to be booked through Patricia, the owner. You have to call to get the appointment times (and at least in my case, there was only one appointment time per day) and she...More

I surprised my daughter with the "Encounter". She was so happy it brought her to tears. I thought it seemed a little pricy when I booked, but it is SO worth it. We learned a lot about the Asian Elephant, feed two of them, ride...More

It was interesting to see the elephants and other animals on the ranch and to hear the hour-long informational lecture about elephants and endangered species. I guess I was expecting that we would actually take a tour around the ranch to view the other elephants...More

You need to make reservations in advance either on their website or by phone. Tickets are purchased right there before the tour with either cash or credit/debit card
