Although I have never stayed here, I have friends that have and was able to check out these cabins. Since we only live about a quarter of a mile (as the crow flies) from these cabins, the views are stunning and they are right on the lake! A must see!

The golf course here is one of the best courses in the state of Georgia and it seems to be an amazing secret than not many people know about. Bring your boat you will have the lake to yourself.

Yes, we spent 10 days in a cabin on a lake. Sounds kind of boring, doesn't it?? These cabins are beautiful!!! Right on the lake with a boat dock!!! Even though it could be a little chilly in January, the cabin was warm and cozy! Two bedrooms each with private bath, full kitchens (even a dishwasher) fireplace and flatscreen tv... More

Stayed 2 nights in cabin #8 floor was covered in dirt and bed linens were gritty with dirt. My 3 year old complained he was "itchy" after sleeping in the bed. Refrigerator made a loud humming noise constantly and shower was extremely hot no matter which direction you turned the faucet. Disappointed. Complained to the front office and their only... More

We came here for the state park geocache, which is nestled within the park's disc golf course. It was a very windy day that reminded me of times spent on Maui. I was a little worried about walking through the disc golf course but I only saw a pair of people playing on a Saturday afternoon. We loved the hills... More

Spent a nice relaxing weekend at the campgrounds. Nice, clean, great access to the lake. We can't wait for our next trip back!

This is a beautiful state park. The setting right on Russell Lake is great. Super place to picnic--nice facility for cookout.

Our family had a great time at this state park. The bike trails were a blast. The terrain is hilly and a little challenging for our 9 year old but our 14 year old enjoyed it. My husband played frisbee golf and enjoyed it. We swam at the beach. The boys hiked up and down the trail that led along... More

The park was very nice. The camp sites are clean and roomy. There are lots of things to do; boating, hiking, golf and Frisbee golf. The Arrowhead Golf Course was beautiful, and workers were friendly.
