If you loved the movie...you will love this.

Attended non-related event here but found the exhibits interesting...if you loved the book or movie you will enjoy this and the surrounding area with shops and restaurants.

I'm a total Windy and it was really great to come and see all of the memorabilia - and funny that I own some of it myself! The museum is small - so I would really think about making the trip to Marietta if your time in Atlanta is short. There was a lot of interesting information that I hadn't... More

It may not be large, like others have said. But we had a Groupon for 2 that was a nice deal to get in. And it was really very interesting. We stopped to read many of the articles. I like that they honor the original author of the novel. So often writers are overlooked. But she was honored quite well.... More

Memories of this fantastic movie come alive as you walk through the fantastic memorabilia!,We have seen the film about 15 times since I was a young girl and will never forget the impact that it had upon me! My Mother, when I telephoned her, could never talk to me, because she always said, " D Elaine, can ot talk now,... More

It is a small museum that shows memorabilia of the movie: posters, promotional pieces, copies of the book, reproduction of dresses, some original items like furniture used in the movie and so on The admission is $6 or $7. It is located at the west of Marietta Square and close to the Kennesaw House. There is a gift shop with... More

Went with a friend who lives in Atlanta and she paid for me so not sure how much admission was. Disappointed because lack of signs explaining the events. Very few details about the author of the book. Would of liked to know more about her life, had to read newspaper articles and letters she wrote which were all in very... More

Even though it was only $6 - $7 admission, it just wasn't worth it. They only had a few original items from the movie. Everything else was posters, dolls, etc and reproduction items. I was expecting so much more and left there feeling like I'd been cheated. They had reproductions of the dresses Vivien Leigh wore in the movie at... More

Our church Senior's group of 19 people visited a few weeks ago. It's a great little museum packed with all things Gone with the Wind. You can see everything in it in an about an hour. There is a public parking lot right before you get to the museum, right by the railroad tracks, and it's free parking for 2... More

This was an adorable little museum that for the $7 admission was well worth it. There was so much to look at and take in. The clothing was so amazing and all the articles and letters were cool to look at. I even left with a DVD of the movie so I could watch it again. The town has lots... More
