Self guided tour of the reconstructed fort. The museum includes a lot of historical information. Plan on 1-2 hours to thoroughly see everything.

We dropped by on our way through the area and enjoyed it. Different kind of "fort" as its all underground. Bunker style fort with all the important parts buried. Interesting self guided tour. Worth the stop.

Great time using the Pioneer camp sites. We had a large group from church and had an amazing time. Quiet hours were observed so rest was had by all as well. Activities were fun too.

As long as you are not in am or pm school zone or rush hour traffic, it will take about 45 minutes. During rush hour, add up to 30 minutes. Well worth the drive!!
