Come hungry! Generous portions. Everything we have tried is really good. They give you a choice of sauces, from sweet to spicy, you decide. Totally love the chopped pork with sweet BBQ sauce and their potato salad is better than home made! I always get...More

I've going to this place my entire life and it never disappoints. The Brunswick stew, pulled pork and home feelings are what this place is made of. I just wish they had more greens as an option for sides.

This is a collection of Antebellum structures from all over Georgia brought here in one location. Individually, they are very interesting. Together they are spectacular. One has a real sense of what a pre civil war plantation might have looked like. Don't miss this.

This area takes you back to the 1800's there is food, candy, blacksmith, glass blower, fun for the entire family. The restaurant has hand tossed rolls, the server tosses the rolls out as the patrons catch them.

They have a farm house, general store, etc for tours. Beautiful foliage in November. Not too cold to walk outside!

As we explored the Stone Mountain area, we came across this delightful area of the park. Like most of the park there were walking trails and interesting information about the area in years past. This is a wonderful place for the entire family.

It's been a while since I've visited this area and was not even sure it was still open. There are a coupe of old slave cabins that you can tour. I didn't feel it was worth a fee.

This was a nice way to spend part of a day - for us - as local tourists. There was a story teller here that day that offered fresh stories as if they were telling about personal stories that happened to them and could draw...More
