I'm not a huge fan of cruises to begin with, too many limitations, rules and regimens to follow, however with the amount of activities on the Disney Wonder, I was starting to come around to the idea. That is, until we got to Castaway Cay... Obviously the first thing the kids wanted to do was to hit up the Pelican... More

Disney really knows how to cater to everyone of all ages. I have a girl 10yrs and boy 6yrs. We were on the Disney Fantasy for 7 days. The kids loved it and can't wait for their next Disney cruise adventure. If there was something that I was perplexed about was almost everything on the ship was free (minus the... More

This is an Overall review of a Disney Cruise for those who've never gone on a Disney Florida Cruise. Its basically four days and three nights but last day you're off the ship very early, like at 8-9 AM. If you have small children, GO!, if not take another cruise line, this is all about Disney 24/7. Disney ships are... More

We start with the 5k and then lounge all day. The chairs are plentiful. If you have kids pack your own sand toys or buy them on the island with your key to the world card. Dining on island is included in the cruise. Scuttles Cove is the kid area. Our kids liked the splash pad, water slide in the... More

Great place to spend the day outdoors in the Bahamas while on a Disney Cruise. It is a captive Disney Island, so it's pretty much part of the Disney experience, which is mostly a good thing; this keeps it an extremely safe and well-controlled experience. We bought a package that included snorkeling, bike rides, and floats (i.e. tubes or boards).... More

Disney stops here. Didn't see that cool looking pirate ship in picture though. Things we liked: no mosquitos, bikes to ride, the shallow swimming area, seeing turtles, huge fish, brown ray, and sunken things when snorkeling, the ribs, closeness of food and bathrooms, enough chairs and shade, and ease of getting to and from ship, people abandon the island way... We have been on three cruises now with Disney and our favorite stop each time has been castaway cey. Love the island and all the fun activities plus the adults only beach of your kids have checked into the kids club (no one under 18 allowed). All the great Disney service and food on the island.

I just returned from a Disney cruise on the Fantasy cruise ship. We stopped at Castaway Cay on the last day of our seven day cruise. (Full Disclosure: I do not have kids, I went on this cruise with 13 people, including four children between the ages of 8 and 14). The ship was at port around 6 in the... More

This was a great place to unwind after a long week of exciting excursions on our Disney cruise! My biggest disappointment was renting snorkel gear for my entire family... only to find out the snorkeling was not that great! No coral reef or sea fans. Mostly sand bottom and grass. Hardly any fish, and not a lot of different species.... More
