What's not to like about a flat wide paved path. Kudos to the city of Boise for planning this path into their master plan.

What a gem. You can read how great it is in reviews but until you actually set foot in the Greenbelt you can't imagine how beautiful it is. What a colossal collaborative of parks ,trails and scenery. It is truly the essence of Boise.

We walked along the river using this path. It was a very hot day, but the path is lined with many mature trees. The nearby river made it more bearable, also.

Incredible greenbelt that surrounds Boise, for a large part it parallels the river. Great place to relax, make a picnic, your favorite beverage (No Glass Containers), slow down and enjoy life.

Gotta go for a meal around sunset. Gorgeous views and friendly people. Bring your camera and wear comfortable shoes. Better yet- pedal the bike trail! If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!

I suggest taking the Broadway or Vista exit and head towards downtown. You will see Boise State University and the green belt is on the other side of the river behind the University. That is the easiest landmark to help you... More
