The pools are clean and at a nice temperature, but much of the facilities, including the pools is in need of repairs and updating.

We were greeted with sub-par customer service. The water was nice and warm but there is no atmosphere; you are just in an old swimming pool that is warm. Some of the pool walls are slimy

This is a natural hot springs. The camp sites are in a meadow, but there are mountains on all sides of the valley so you can see trees.
