One of better tourist tours I have experienced. Given by experienced miners who actually demonstrate mining equipment. Learned much on this tour and had many impressions of mining dispelled. It only takes about 1 1/2 hours and starts every 1/2 hour so would be good...More

This was a true highlight of our adventure in the Wallace area. The tour was fantastic. The guide was extremely informative...before retiring he'd spent 25 years mining in the area. And he injected a bit of humor...loved it.

Nothing like getting family together with a trolley ride thru a charming rustic town unveiling signs of the boom and bust of its history. Greeting us at the entrance of the cavran is an old miner sharing tales of silver mines, their owners, workers and...More

This is a fun and interesting tour that provides an introduction to mining. They even demonstrate a few pieces of equipment. The guide was knowledgeable and could answer all of the group's questions.

I'm so sorry, I don't know. I did not see any ramp and I know the mine is definitely not something you would want to use a wheelchair to see.
