I've enjoyed watching the Chicago Fire at Toyota Park since the stadium was built about 10 years ago. It's a cozy, soccer - specific venue, and there's not a bad seat in the place. It's a beautiful stadium, clean and modern, and holds 20k-30k fans. I've read some comments critical of the location and prices, but from my experience it's... More

The venue itself is a pretty good soccer venue, which was pretty clean and relatively modern. Concession areas were good and the options were fine. The stadium isn't in the best area, however. Not dangerous or anything, just in a dumpy neighborhood a long ways from actual Chicago.

This was a great place for a music festival. Lots of space. Good stage placement. Great food! Very impressed.

First time at this venue for the USA Eagles rugby match. The stadium itself is very nice. However, if you are trying to get to the stadium with mass transit, reconsider. The trip was fine up to the Midway CTA station. After that, what a nightmare. The buses run intermittent at best. The return trip was just as bad. Doubt... More

Stadium was very nice- we were there for the rugby tournament. Food lines were very frustrating- beer lines are included so if you just want food you have to stand with all the people just wanting beer. Not very family friendly- they also keep the lids to the gatorades so people don't throw them, which is frustrating when purchasing for... More

Went to watch NZ Maoris vs USA Eagles match. First off it was over an hour to get their via taxi. No apparent public transport. The venue was great and facilities good but no coverage and very cold. Also only sold beer, tea or Gatorade. Need more alcoholic options like cider.

We went for a sold out international rugby match and getting there by public transportation was a disaster. Google maps said the trip would take about an hour and we left two hours in advance, but only just made it on time by taking a taxi from Midway CTA to the stadium. Many people who waiting for the Toyota Park... More

Cozy little stadium with only good seats. Has a European feel and the crowd is diverse. Decent variety of food and drink. 30 minutes from downtown but not convenient from a public transport standpoint. Pretty high level soccer. Tailgating before and after.

Overall a great place to take the family to catch some soccer. Toyota Park is a nice medium sized stadium. Parking lot could use paving. The Chicago Fire used to be a great soccer club by American standards. For almost a decade now they have been at the bottom of the table. One can only hope that #HauptmanOut so that... More

Game was delayed by 100 minutes because of local thunderstorm and open stadium with metal seats..yikes!! Plenty of food and drink available around the stadium. Just a pity the standard of play was dire.
