The University of Illinois graduation for 13,000 graduates was help here and was just the right size. There are very few covered areas so make sure you have sun protection, hats, and hydration.

I've been to several football games here and a few special events. The place is good and not too confusing to navigate. The refreshments aren't too expensive and the staff is helpful and courteous.

As a freshman at the University of Illinois in 1958, I dreamed of attending my first college football game at Memorial Stadium. Built in 1923 as a memorial to university students who died in World War I, with their names engraved on the 200 columns...More

I feel like I am nearly an expert on stadiums and Arenas since I've worked in so many of them all over the country. I have worked many pro stadiums and Collegiate stadiums and there are many excellent stadiums in the USA. However, Memorial Stadium...More

Good place to watch the Illini play. It does not matter if you are in the cheap seats or one of the suites. The energy is contagious.

Fun to attend games here. Need to update their food stands with choices and faster service. But it's a fun college football day overall!

Lacking the atmosphere of many of the other Big Ten stadiums, but they've had some down years. Luckily, I was up in a suite on a cold day. Staff was excellent.

No tours, just open to the public for events. Check with the University Athlete office there are events that you can attend that don't have the crowds!
