Disappointing. I was told I'd have to queue for 45 min. It was 1.5 hrs. There's no scheme like here's a ticket come back when it's your time (like they do elsewhere). There's no communication to tell you the clouds have closed in so you're wasting your time (in the Alps there are CCTV cameras showing you what the view... More

We planned to go first thing in the morning to avoid a longer lineup. We were able to take in the amazing views almost all by ourselves. Found the plexiglass cut-out a little nervous to stand out on but we did it!

If you are in Chicago, this is a must do. The views from the 103rd are amazing. We did not book in advance as we were unsure what the weather was going to do so we just stood in line and waited. It took about half hour to 45 minutes to get through the line and up to the top.

It is a fantastic view that everyone must see at least one time. The step out ledges are a unique feature that help justify the high cost of $23.00 per person. Get there early to avoid the long lines.

You will get a nice view over the Chicago area from her. You can se al the skyscrapers form above with lake Michigan as background. But if you compare Willis tower and John Hancock i liked the view from john Hancock more.

I reached the tower after the sunset on last year eve with few of my friends. Then we went on to a floor to buy tickets, afterwards we entered in to a small theater kind of hall where a movie on the history of the tower was showing. The movie was really good to know about the tower. Then we were... More

We decided to visit the Willis Tower on our 4 day stay in Chicago. Unfortunately we did not book tickets in advance so had to queue. This was the only downside. This attraction is VERY popular so I would plan and book tickets online prior to your visit, if you can. If that's not possible, be prepared to wait up... More

If you do nothing else in Chicago, do this! The glass balconies are not for the faint of heart but are a fun and memorable experience for the whole family!
