We attended off season in January and when we finally got on the ledge felt rushed to get off for the next person or group. Place does get busy so expect queues from getting your tickets to getting up there and then getting on the ledge.

You can't visit Chicago without going to the Skydeck of the Willis(sears) tower at least once. If you haven't gone - you need to experience this. The view on a clear day is amazing.

Not every day you ride a direct elevator 103 stories up. Ear popping for most. The views are extraordinary on a clear day. Really can see 4 states if you know what your looking for. The observation decks are a trip but not for the faint of heart. Push outside your comfort zone to step on it though and you... More

The speed of the elevator is UNBELIEVABLE!!! The views are spectaculor! My sons (aged 8 & 5), who I thought, were not going to like The Ledge, thought it was amazing! Cool stuff in the gift shop, good Chicago style hot dogs down stairs!!

If you're a flatlander, impressive; otherwise a decent view. A bit pricey at $23 per adult, but you can skip the movie and head to the elevators, take your photos and be back on the ground floor in 10 minutes, in March, at least.

After visit the 360 we move the next day to the skydeck. 360 was amazing but skydeck need somebody to run this place. Crowded lines waiting for people that don't care about who's behind and taking hundreds of pictures. Nice view but no what we expected

The line up was long. I was kind of disappointed that there was no mention of the CN tower and the tallest building competition these two shared for a few years. All in all the view was good and it met my expectations.

Very fun for the kids! Be prepared to wait awhile if you don't have a fast pass or a city pass. We got in pretty quick but the other line was pretty long. Wish there was a faster way to get to see the glass boxes....or maybe have someone up there helping people figure out where each line if forming.... More
