If you think of shopping in Chicago this is the place to be! From Burberry, Gucci, Zara to 4 floors of Nike you will find every brand here. Great place to start would be at cross of Michigan Ave and Chestnut.

While you're in Chicago, you should take a walk down this street. It has all the stores you could possibly want, from department stores to specialty shops.

The place shows elegance, style, class, and attract people with money or tourists interested in something higher level. The architecture is more impressing, the stores looks high end (bet the prices too), and there are much better maintained sidewalks, and gardening.

Lots of big brands here. Bring your walking shoes and find your favorite brands. The place can be crowded but my views may have been skewed as I was there on a marathon weekend.

Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
