My 10 year old daughter is on the threshold of loving her American girl dolls and being too old for them. So I got suckered into buying her a few accessories, PJs and a book on our visit. They have the store set up so...More

We spent about an hour here - went to the lego store which is nice for little ones - not very big. We walked around a little but didn't really have time to explore/shop so I don't have much more to say!

I couldn't find the separate Lego store, but since it's in Water Tower Place, this is where I'm putting the entry. It is fun to stop in there and create your own mini-figs. It is also fun to look at some of the large-scale displays....More

Water Tower Place is located on the north end of the Magnificent Mile, near 360 Chicago. It is a gorgeous historical building in the middle of modern skyscrapers. Great photo op!

Dense with customers. Peak tourist season. This mall closes at SIX PM? Really?! 6 p.m.? Not only is this silly, it is idiotic to kick out shoppers carrying purchases who are ready to make more at such an early hour during the summer. Nice, diverse...More

This is a multilevel mall with Macy's and American Girl. Clean and pleasant place to shop and kill some time.

Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
