Went with a group of preschool students and the adults seemed to enjoy the outing as much as the students! There is so much to see and do, and there are 2 levels. Loved the bubble area and the extensive dramatic play areas upstairs. You could easily spend hours in this place.

Our two visiting granddaughters loved their visit here. One is 5 the other 16 months. They have many choices of hands on activities and we kept moving from one to the next Until we'd seen them all. Plan on 2 to 3 hours for your visit

According to our children, they loved it, it was fun, and in my 9 year old's words, "it's kid friendly." Very entertaining and well priced! Would make the visit again.

Wonderful place for kids. The activities are fun and educational. Plan on spending some time because the kids will not want to leave.

We are members of our local Science Museum so we received free admission to this Museum. We stopped on the way home from a family reunion to split up the drive time. This was a great children's museum - my ONLY complaint was the limited seating for adults. I'm one of those moms who like to let their kids play... More

We took our 4 year old grandson. It was our first trip there. They had so many areas and things to do. Lots bigger than we thought. They had a grocery store area and a great climbing area. So much to do. We spent 2 hours and could have stayed longer but grandson tired out from playing so much.

I took my grand kids recently, ages 6, 5 and 2. They all enjoyed it.It's not a big museum like in Indianapolis, but it is nice for Decatur to have.

Our 4 yr old granddaughter loves the Children's Museum. They change the various stations regularly so it always feels fresh and interesting. One of the "must dos" for kids in Decatur

The Children's Museum is fantastic for "kids" of all ages! There is so much for the kids to do and as an adult the joy watching them is priceless! They are constantly adding new things that attract the kids! This is definitely a place you must see with the young ones!

I've been taking my kids to quite a few museums lately & this one is by far their favorite! There is so much for kids to do, with so many different themes. Both floors are packed full of unique experiences & activities for children. There are even two areas designed for crawlers or toddlers. There is also lots of hands... More
