The service has definitely gone down and non-smoking rooms still smell like ash trays in the hall. Lots of seniors and nothing much to do except gamble. The area outside is not safe.

The Reserve restaurant is excellent; the casino is fine, but the comps given to players are really less than other Harrah's houses I have visited. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable.
