The Rialto shouldn't exist. It was built years ago when beauty and grace where assumed in public buildings. In addition, there is a concert organ that is thrilling to hear. When you walk in you are in the midst of a palace. Light. Colour. Good....More

The Rialto is a beautiful theatre that really is quite grand on the inside. It has been beautifully taken care of and is a great place to see a play or a concert. Not to big just big enough.

Walked in off the street and was blown away by the amazingly detailed architecture. Beautifully maintained. Worth a visit just to experience.

We came to this theatre for a dance Competition. The theatre itself is pretty, but wasn't very clean. Also, when it came to dressing rooms, the space was few & far between. They set up dressing rooms in another building, which made thing difficult.

The theatre was built in 1926. Very ornate a beautiful building inside, Typical of the grand theaters of the era.

The main floor is good but if you can get the seats in the first couple rows if the balcony you will be able to see the whole stage.
Hi- wondering about suggestions for lunch close by prior to a matinee at the Rialto on a Sunday. Anyone have any suggestions? It's been years since I've been in downtown Joliet. Thanks!
