Pros: Grounds were well maintained. Enough trees to provide adequate shade. The campground was not too crowded so campers were not right on top of each other. Campground hosts were friendly and helpful. This was a quiet and peaceful place to camp for the weekend....More

The beach is somewhat well kept, the water was pleasant. There is a bunch of algae in the water. The children enjoyed themselves. Parking is available. Water is shallow enough for kids to walk right in. Will definitely be visiting often this summer.

This state park used to be the bright spot in Lena. Due to state budgeting, it has really gone downhill. The roads are literally being washed away, with no signs of repair anytime soon. The snack shop/boat rental store is closed. It hasn't been open...More

This was a very nice little state park, there is lots to do here. I nice little beach to enjoy, hiking, fishing, camping, boating (small electric motors only), two playgrounds, and lots of day usage areas. There are two campgrounds, one for tents with non-electric...More

This state park is near and dear to us as a family for decades. In the summer, the tent camping is down the road from the RV folks and offers a "non electronic" get-away experience. Only electric motors are allowed on the lake, so it...More

We camped here in August of 2015 in a 38' motorhome. A little tight coming up the hill to the campground in a large unit, but once at the campground plenty of nice level spaces available. Everything appeared clean. The pavement could use some work...More

I know we had a fire ring at our campsite and wood was being sold by the people monitoring the campfround.

Not bad but if our state would get there head of of the place the sun doesn't shine the park and lake would be in far better shape
