A boutique brewery with a visitor center, located in a beautiful area combining the green views of the Ella Valley with the forest hills of Britain Park. The brewery was founded by two beer lovers that during their hi-tech career were exposed to different types of beer from around the world and started to make beer at home as a hobby. The beers of the two beer enthusiasts started to take off and won, separately, awards and medals in international beer contests. During 2011 they decided to open a small brewery together, producing 600 liters for each batch. The brewery offers a variety of 7 beers divided into two lines: "Ella Valley" line - Classic quality European style beers. "Ronen" line - Special, rich flavor, American craft style beers.

A great spot, no brewery tour in Saturday but great homemade food - beef sandwiches lovingly made by Gidi and his wife. The humus at the stand next to it was excellent. A great spot for a lazy afternoon.
