Went to a commend concert and had great seat location. Because it is a venue for so many different types of entertainment the most comfortable seats are not the best seats. Sitting on a folding chair for over two hours is a killer.

We went to Allstate to see Amy Schumer and the arena is smaller but really looks like there isn't a bad seat in the house. Fairly clean but man way trying to get out a pain!!!! The have people directing you in but not out. Im shocked not more people were in accidents because it was a mess!!!

Obviously this facility depends on the venue you opted to do see, but there are a few things that are under their control and consistently bad; vending area are slow and understaffed; bathrooms are scarce and dirty; security is nil. Opted for a different venue, if at all possible. Too bad I would go elsewhere if I could

Was staying downtown Chicago and was easily able to get to the arena through public transportation. Small venue with decent food options and pricing.

I mean what can I say, it's a concert venue - at least I've only gone there to see concerts. It's decent. Not too big, not too small. But the parking lot. Just prepared to sit for at least an hour waiting to get out. Depending on where our seat are we are for an event - if we are... More

We came to the Allstate Arena for the Ringling Brothers Circus - Out of this World edition. It is relatively easy access in to the Allstate Arena, especially because the performance was not overly crowded. Parking was free, as it was included in the price of the ticket, which is always nice and appreciated. We had floor seats and were... More

This conveniently-located multi-purpose arena has been nicely refurbished since its Horizon days. The audience experience varies depending upon the setup for the event. For all events, parking is expensive and you can expect crowding. Also, AVOID floor-level seating; sightlines will be better (and the seats somewhat more comfortable) in the 100- and 200- sections. For music, Sections 114-115 generally have... More

This is a great venue, lots of hotels and restaurants nearby and parking is not a problem.Concessions are a bit limited inside but ok I guess. But breathe in for sitting in those seats and be prepared to become very friendly with your neighbors !!

Parking was good and parking staff were great! They placed us outside of the parking and right in front of the entrance doors. This helped my husband, who is disabled, get to the main doors easily. The staff inside made sure we got to our seats safely and the show was great!

Never to been to such a poorly run event! Been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to get in. The pic I attached is the tail end. How are they not better prepared? Is this their first concert? NO! No excuse for this. If I was you I would find another. Wine to watch a concert. Not worth the... More
