Fantastic walking/cycle path from the city to Henley Beach. Some parts undulating, but nothing to big. About an hours easy ride for 50+ couple. You are spoilt for choice once you reach Henley Square for a meal, from breakfast to dinner, or just grab a ice cream cake or a coffee.

Love to walk or ride along this path! Is so nice being so close to the river Torrens! Lots to see, the path can take you from the hills, through the city all the way to the beach! Awesome river interconnected with the parklands and nature. Frequently used by runners, walkers and bicyclist. Has lots of parks and bbq areas... More

Great place to do some walking exercise, you can walk from the city until henley/grange beach. I could spot a wild koala living in one of the gum trees. Would recommend to take a city bike at Bonython Park and cycle up to the beach, have a picnic at the beach and ride back, or any smaller route on the... More

Walked along here with the kids, and easy walk. We enjoyed the sculptures on the river and the bird life. An enjoyable morning.

The Linear park can be used for a fun day out, hire a bike from the kiosk at the Torrens Weir and then ride along the Linear park path to the coast at Henley Beach. No need to cross any roads, the path goes under them, it's not a strenuous ride, the trail is undulating. Once at Henley beach it's... More

I'm a local here and love the linear trail. It has a nice even surface, great scenery and good lighting. It is safe and parts of it go through the CBD. This would be a fine place for tourists to walk off lunch, and maybe go for a cruise.

You can stroll along the water for a long or short walk. Well lit at night time but foot traffic can be light late at night and especially in winter time.
