I was hesitant to go to Medieval Times because frankly the whole eating without silverware is so kitschy. However the entertainment was excellent for the whole family and the meal was delicious.

A taxi or an Uber/Lift is the only way I know about. The destination is kind of out in the middle of nowhere.
