This is a great market! Parking is free in nearby streets. We loved the many different kinds of food and items being sold. They also had bounce houses for children to jump in for $3 unlimited. We were there for quite a bit.

Fun, energetic, local experience which offers food, crafts, music, and all sorts of items from many local vendors. A great stop any Saturday from May through October. Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.

The Veggies that were "homegrown" were out of season and too perfect. A lot of craft stuff way overpriced. Some of the food vendors were nicely stocked but overpriced. Shame. Obviously catering to the Chicago crowd. Entertainment for people watching. That's always fun.

Each Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, the downtown area of Chesterton is filled with vendors showing off their food and crafts. There is live music, too! Enjoy the ambiance of a small town in NW Indiana!
