Within one square block is the first State Capitol building, monuments to the Civil War Battle of Corydon, significant antislavery legal battles at the Harrison County courthouse that's also on the grounds,, and a wonderful sculpture...More

This area of Corydon around the capital building is gorgeous at Christmas. The light display at night is very fairytale like. Enjoyable by all ages. The older buildings in the area allow exploration of Indiana and of Corydon as the state's first capital.
