We could see the memorial from outside only since the place is open from Wednesday through Sunday only. The outside view itself was very majestic and solemn. Worth the visit.

This was a free memorial and it was very in depth, we spent about 3 hours in here and still didn't read/see everything! It was the most in depth war memorial I have ever encountered.

Not only is the outside of the building beautiful but there is a neat museum inside and a shrine on the top floor which is also beautiful to see. I would recommend checking it out at least once.
