The best of what racing capital of the USA has to offer. Take your ear mufs if you can't tand "aircraft noise at grund level." That is the best way I can describe the sound of cars doing 200 mph and screaming past you as...More

I had the opportunity to visit IRE while attending a conference. They have very cool simulators that allow you to feel like you are racing on the track! There is also a museum that shows the history of the track. Highly recommended.

Took the full kiss the bricks tour including the back stage part costs a little more but worth it. The museum is staffed by well informed staff that give you the feeling they care about what they do and that you have a good experience.

We had a fabulous three days experiencing the Indy 500. It was crazy with it being the 100th running so lots of people but it was well organized so we left with happy hearts & great memories.

The time trials prior to the 500 are a neat and inexpensive treat. It's not the full race experience by any means but has a great and fun feel to it. If you can't do the 500, stop in during time trials week.
