Got there right before closing, and the place still had lots of people buying candy. They are expanding to the next space over, and it looks like it's going to be amazing. The staff was very helpful, despite it being closing time. Huge selection of...More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stop at Schimpff's. The small museum was fun and we enjoyed watching the cinnamon candy being made. The candy is excellent with a wide variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We come over to Jeffersonville every two weeks to walk across the Big Four Bridge and have lunch and of course, stop in Schimpffs! Our favorite candy is the milk and dark chocolate malt balls. We always get those along with an extra half pound...More

Wait you didn't stop here by accident or on purpose, what's wrong with you! This place rocks! I just stepped back in time. Kids were ohh and ahhs the whole time. All sugared up ready to hit the road again!!

Chocolate was not any better than anywhere else. Kind of cool to watch them make it but how about wearing some gloves. Seems weird that they use their bare hands. Museum was cool. Candy was pretty pricey.

We stopped by and watched them make cinnamon drop candies and even got to try a warm one. It was really cool to see and super tasty! The candy in the stop was reasonable and everything we bought was yummy!

Took my granddaughter to the store because she had never been. She bought some goodies for her mom for mother's day. Enjoyed watching her as she pick out what she wanted.

Fun little place. Make sure to charge your video camera and stick around for the candy making show. Ancestors of the family still run the store and do the presentation. Really nice people!
