I have been there for a community function and was supposed to get two free glasses of wine with our tickets, but only received one. Disappointed about that. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wine is average, although I am not a wine expert. Very nice inside and relaxing.

So we host many fundraising events to 'do good' within the community. This particular organizer advertised an incorrect number of glasses of wine for the event, not the fault of the winery! As this reviewer confesses that 'I am not a wine expert', not sure why they are doing a wine review! But I agree, the inside of the winery... More

Visited Shady Creek with friends for the 5.00 for 5 tastes. The little place is quaint and staff friendly. They get their grapes from California after 1st fermentation and then make their own blends. Fun visit, however we did not purchase any wine.

Pleasant retire off main road to experience their blend of wines. Easy conversation with the staff and good explanations of the various offerings.

Very reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and fun to be around. The wine is good. Offers various cheese trays to go with your tastings.

This is a friendly down to earth winery. Plain gray building on outside, offers five tastings for $6. Can purchase various cheese/disagree trays for $10 as well as glasses of wine. Can eat upstairs or outside. Offer semi sweet and dry wines, at least 15. Pourers are friendly. Nice place, have music on Sunday afternoon

We recently spent a night at Shady Creek for a private wedding. The space is beautiful, and they let us put up our own decorations shortly before the reception began. The only quams I have are that the building could have been finished nicer, and that it is a wine only option for private parties. The employees were very nice,... More

My husband and I stopped at Shady Creek on the way to our hotel. We had never gone to winery before and wanted to see what it was about. They offer a 5/$5 tasting. Jane as very knowledgable about the wines we picked and all of them were really good. We decided to stay for lunch and another glass of... More

We recently visited for a good friends wedding on 8/13/16. The entire staff treated everyone with respect and they were super friendly. We spoke with quite a few staff members and they loved finding out where we were from and would actually carry on a conversation. There was a great selection of wine and overall everyone was well accommodated. Definitely... More

This is a nice place to visit. The wines were very good and I would suggest you stop by and try. Jane is a blast if she is your server. Good prices for sampling

For $5 you can taste five wines, many of them made from local grapes or other fruits. The wines are good and decently-priced. There's also a nice outside area for eating and drinking, and a small selection of gifts, from wine-centered items to jewelry and art. Overall, this is a nice place to spend a few hours and maybe a... More
