Clean, hardly anyone around and not spoiled by buildings. It is such a beauty to see a beach unspoiled by hotels and construction sins.

Tranquil and peaceful , not far from Hobart airport. Near shops and only 15min to city. A beautiful beach with easy parking. Cleanest and freshest air ever felt. Great and safe for families.

Gorgeous views of the sound from 7 mile beach - well worth the short detour from the main road and nice to dip your toes inthe chilly water and let your eyes drink in the endless views. The colours at sunset can be spectacular here.

Taxi is going to be the only way. it is very near the airport The planes actually will fly over the beach either landing or taking off, depending on wind direction.

did you make it to this beach... sorry I only just saw your question today. Perfect swimming beach, but nowhere to wash up after. You would need to go to Clifton beach for that!
