A game at ND is a must for many and is a good overall football experience, particularly the pre-game atmosphere. Some of the high end zone seats are not the best. The crowd was welcoming (until ND lost) and in the game for the most part. I look forward to coming back.

Beautiful stadium in a great location in the middle of Notre Dame campus. Very safe and very fan-friendly. Visitor fan-bases are normally treated very well. Very easy to get around and there is a restaurant and hotel area very close to the stadium. Traffic not too terrible before and after the games, but parking is becoming scarcer and scarcer. Nice... If you don't mind sitting on hard benches with total strangers who have been drinking since 9 AM for up to four hours, in weather that can range from steaming to freezing (sometimes in the space of hours as the Sun sets), this is THE place to watch college football. Now, if you can finagle an invitation to the Press... More

I grew up living near this place. I miss it and the games, especially the spirited ones against Michigan State.

I grew up living by this beautiful campus and am still in love. The history and tradition here is second to none.

Great place to take in a football game. I was in the movie "Rudy" and actually was in several scenes that took place on the field, and in the under-stadium areas. Classy place. The when did you visit function doesn't go back far enough (only to Feb 2016) The filming for "Rudy" was in the 90's. The last time I... More

This stadium is an amazing slice of history. I really enjoyed the game even though it was bitterly cold and unfortunately we lost.... I really liked seeing a game here as I had seen many on tv and finally got the chance to get the total experience. I really liked the marching band and the show they put on.

Was fortunate to be able to visit during the Virginia Tech-Notre Dame game. Although our seats were in the end zone, it was exceedingly special - you could truly hear the echoes and feel the history. Looking up and seeing "Touchdown Jesus" looking down over the stadium will be something I'll never forget. The stadium does not have some of... More

Three of us were there for the final home game of the 2016 season. It is a great experience if: A: you don't mind not having a big screen to see replays; B: don't mind sitting on a two by six (or eight) at best; C: have twenty minutes to invest in a half time bathroom break. Yes, it is... More
