I hardly know where to start. We called ahead (on a Saturday) and were told the production would be running that day. We decided on the longer, paid, tour, for which we were charged $5, rather than the $4 listed on their website. The first...More

It is fun to just walk around the shop but hard to leave without purchasing any! I purchased many different kind of small gift size of milk balls that was very reasonable and also delicious!

My son and I took the free 20 minute tour. It was interesting to see how they make the chocolate, how they package it, etc. I do NOT recommend the $5.00 tour. It is about 15 minutes longer and all they do is let you...More

This was not overly impressive, but the 20 minute tour is free and you get a free sample. It was a nice quick addition to our day in south bend.

This is a nice spot to visit and learn something new about chocolate. Afterward, you can pick up some incredible eats in the candy shop.

I have been to better factory tours. Maybe it was just our tour guide. This was just a job for her and she was a poor guide and the chocolates were expensive I thought. The pop Corn was good and only a $1. a bag.

I only saw the finished products and merchandise for sale. I was more interested in the restaurant. Prices are VERY reasonable and I would recommend it highly. Was staying at a nearby hotel and I must say the food here... More
