The grandkids love to go to the children's museum… And we do too. The location is easy to find, parking is accessible, the museum is very clean. The staff are helpful. There is a section for children two and under. My granddaughters particularly enjoy the kitchen area, the grocery shopping area, and the veterinarian section.

Yes I know the worlds largest children's museum is just down the road in Indy, but some of us can't afford to go there every time the kids want to do something. This museum is just the ticket. Lots of activities for the kids, food for everyone and a nicely packed gift shop as well. I only wish the hours... More

We choose this museum for our spring break outing and it was perfect. We look forward to returning. Fun with learning and hands on. Safe place for kids to explore and they were happy to stay for hours. Ages 11- 9 months, 8 in total.

I have nothing but wonderful words about this museum! We went on $5 Friday which also happened to be an adoption celebration day! They had enough to do where my 3 year old stayed busy and enjoyed herself all day! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful! They made sure we enjoyed ourselves and were finding our way around... More

We used to live in Terre Haute and this was new since we moved. Took a day trip to visit, our older child was 12 when we visited and most activities were not too interesting for her. For younger children this would be a fun place to spend an afternoon.

My daughter is 11 and she still enjoys going to this museum when we're in town. There's a wide variety of activities. I especially like the body exhibit. For a city the size of Terre Haute, it's a real gem. It's large enough that kids won't get bored quickly, but not so big that they're overwhelmed.
