Want to spend a little family time? A great place to spend that time. Want to get away from those spring chores? Relax and watch Spring finally come to us. A greast place to just get out and walk some of their trails. Very clean.

The trains were so neat to see. We had a tour and the guide knew so much. We enjoyed seeing the painted figures and trains run through the garden. Look forward to going again.

This is a great place to bring kids. They learn the history of how important trains were to the development of this country.

The grounds are very nice and the model train set up is extraordinary. Be prepared to walk a lot (easy walking) if you visit the entire garden and field areas.

We did not see an owl at Talltree, but you can see (and pet) Saw-whet owls at the Indiana Dunes State Park. Check out their website for info. It's pretty amazing!
