Built in an unique style by the great Valachian prince, Constantin Brancoveanu, the palace now shelters a museum. The garden is awesome in Spring, becoming a paradise for a sea of iris flowers. Excellent place for a picnic. A hidden gem not to be missed!

I like it even if is not so big, but because is more wild. You have a playground for children, space to picnik on the grass under the big old trees, places to eat, the lake, alley for joging. Not quite aprproate for bikes

Former Royal Palace in Romania. It is now used for art and cultural events. The gardens are beautiful and a great place to walk around. Worth spending an some time there.

I wanted to see the museum that is inside the palace. This was my main purpose. I also discovered the beautiful garden and the lake were the added bonus for me.

The palace itself is now a museum and can be visited. You will have to pay extra to take pictures inside. The gardens and the lake are the things to see. The perfect escape out of town
